2002 Ozarks Fall Color Tour
Dual Sport Motorcycle Ride

In 2002, the ride was cold and wet. Starting Saturady and clear till 11 AM on Sunday it was 38 degrees and rainy. Riders were challenged by the cold, wet, and the slick rocks, leaves and mud. While each of us have ridden in much worse conditions, we all had been expecting the Weather Channel forecast of mild and sunny weather.
This year I would like to thank the efforts of the sponsors who made this ride so special. First, Cycle Town South and Curtis White, and KTM Sportmotorcycles and Bryan Bertelson, for the prizes they brought for the raffle. Next to Tucker Rocky and Randy Staples for the prizes they brought for the raffle too.
I would also like to thank Aerostich and Andy Goldfine for the catalogs sent to each rider.
Cycoactive and Tom Myers have earned my gratitude for the offering of GPS equipment specially set-up for the Fall Color Tour.

We had a banquet on Saturday night at Vineyards. The evening included a German Feast for dinner and a couple of my favorite beers on tap.
